Product Description
The aluminum-plastic composite tape is composed of single or double-sided composite ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer (EAA) of aluminum tape, and the colors are natural and blue. The copolymers have good adhesion properties to aluminum tape base tapes and form strong bonds with low density, linear low density, medium density, high density polyethylene and halogen free polyolefin (HFPO) sheathing resins. It forms a comprehensive sheath, which provides reliable moisture-proof, shielding and chemical protection layers for the cable core.

Main performance requirements of copolymers used in the production of composite tapes
1. Subject content and scope of application
It is suitable for copolymers for steel, copper and aluminum-plastic composite tapes, such as ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer, ethylene-methacrylic acid copolymer, etc.

1. Appearance
The copolymer should be transparent or translucent particles, and the particle size should not be less than 30 particles per gram. Particles with black spots or impurities should not exceed 2%

3. Test method
1. Appearance
a Visual inspection of resin transparency and color;
b Particle size measurement - weigh 2g (accurate to 0.1g) of resin, count the number of particles, and calculate the particle size of the resin;
c Determination of particles with black spots - Weigh 50g (to 0.1g) of resin, pick out particles with black spots by visual inspection, weigh them, and calculate the percentage content.
