Nickel Alloy sheet inconel 800 800H/800HT 825 nickel alloy plate thickness 10mm for Chemical
Alloy 800H (UNS N08810) and 800HT (UNS N08811) are dual certified nickel-iron-chromium materials resistant to oxidation, carburizing and other high temperature corrosion.The chemical composition of the two alloys is the same as that of alloy 800 (UNS N08800), except that the carbon content in the two grades is higher - the carbon content in alloy 800H is (0.05 -- 0.10%), and the carbon content in the alloy is (0.06 -- 0.10%) 800HT.Alloy 800HT also adds up to 1.0% aluminum and titanium.In addition to chemical limitations, both alloys are annealed at high temperatures to produce average grain sizes of ASTM 5 or coarser.The limited chemical composition combined with high temperature annealing ensures higher creep and fracture strength of these materials compared to alloy 800.
